- Calculate Gross Profit: Subtract the COGS from the Revenue. This gives you the gross profit, which is the profit before accounting for operating expenses, interest, and taxes.
- Divide by Revenue: Divide the Gross Profit by the total Revenue. This gives you the profit margin as a decimal.
- Convert to Percentage: Multiply the result by 100 to express the profit margin as a percentage.
