While the view-based formula is standard, many brands also look at Subscriber-Based Engagement. This measures how active your existing community is. If you have 100,000 subscribers but only 100 comments, your community loyalty might be lower than a creator with 1,000 subscribers and 100 comments.

- Divide by views: 500 / 10,000 = 0.05.
- Multiply by 100: 0.05 x 100 = 5% Engagement Rate.
In this scenario, a 5% engagement rate would be considered "Good" and likely indicates that the audience found the content helpful or entertaining enough to take action.
