How to Use the Bra Measurement Calculator
Finding the right bra size is essential for comfort, posture, and confidence. Research suggests that up to 80% of women wear the wrong bra size. This calculator uses the standard "Modern" sizing method to help you find your starting point.
Step 1: Measure Your Underbust
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep the tape level and pull it quite snug. This measurement determines your Band Size.
Step 2: Measure Your Bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest (usually across the nipple). Keep the tape parallel to the floor but do not pull it tight. This determines your Cup Size.

Signs of a Perfect Fit
- The Band: Should be level all the way around and firm enough that you can only fit two fingers underneath.
- The Cups: There should be no "spillage" over the top or gap between the fabric and your skin.
- The Gore: The center part of the bra between the cups should sit flat against your breastbone.
